What this site is
Nurse.ICU makes practical study resources for nurses and nursing students: plain-language guides and explainers, NCLEX-style practice questions, interactive bedside tools, and certification question banks, starting with the SCRN. Everything here is informational and educational, not medical advice; the full disclaimer spells that out.
Editorial process
Clinical claims are checked against primary sources — professional guidelines, NCSBN, peer-reviewed literature — and every article lists what it was built from. A registered nurse reviews anything clinical before it publishes, and articles carry the date they were last updated so you can see how current they are.
Corrections policy
If something on this site is wrong, we want to know — nursing content has real stakes. Use the report-an-error link (it's also in the footer of every page and article). Tell us the page and what looks wrong. We verify against primary sources, correct the page, and stamp the update date. Genuine safety issues jump the queue.
Who's behind it
Nurse.ICU is owned and run by Victor Panfil, RN, SCRN — a practicing stroke-certified neuroscience nurse and current DNP student. He reviews the clinical content on this site and sets the editorial standards above.
